Role Description
This is a full time in office role for a Production Manager located in the Greater Brisbane Area. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, optimizing production processes, and coordinating with suppliers and customers.
Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, production management, and process optimization
Knowledge of quality control standards and production efficiency practices
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines




Experience in the mining or industrial sector would be supporting.
Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day operations within the production environment, overseeing all production related projects, people, and process.
Manage and maintain a Quality and Environmental Management System, ISO ****:**** and ISO *****:****, enforcing a continuous improvement work culture.
Schedule workloads to meet customer quality expectations and lead times.
Monitor and maintain production KPI targets and performance.
Ensure stock levels and resources are accurate and compatible to the level of production and customer delivery demands.
Develop and provide adequate internal / external training to your team, increasing skill sets and knowledge required to work efficiently.
Manage employee performance reviews in line with the Manufacturing Award, OH&S;, as well daily WPH&S; requirements.
Manage maintenance and repair schedules, including capital expenditure for plant and equipment upgrades.
