TAFE NSW External is seeking a Class Preparation Assistant for the Hospitality section, based at the Bega or Cooma Campus. This casual role supports training kitchens, organises ingredients, and maintains stock and safety standards for daily classes.
You will work closely with teaching staff to ensure facilities are clean, well‐stocked, and ready for lessons, while not delivering lessons or marking assessments. The role may cover sick leave or holidays as needed.
