We're on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Retail Counter Salesperson to join our team at a busy automotive paint and equipment store located in Dandenong South.

The Role:
As a key member of our front counter team, you will be responsible for:
Serving walk-in and phone-in customers
Taking and processing orders
Picking and packing orders
Stock and shelf management
Assisting with paint mixing and tinting (training provided)
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role offering variety every day – from sales to technical support to picking in the warehouse.
About You:
Previous experience in
automotive trade sales
or a
mechanical/spray painting background
is highly regarded
Friendly and confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Reliable, team-oriented and eager to learn
Physically capable of performing manual tasks (e.g., lifting stock)
Hold a valid drivers licence
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Full training provided in paint and product knowledge
