Residential Property Manager

What you'll be doing:
Managing your own residential property portfolio with professionalism and care (Mainly apartments)
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
Conducting routine inspections and managing lease renewals
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Managing arrears and ensuring timely follow-up
Ensuring compliance with VIC legislation and internal procedures
Working collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing team
What you'll bring
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Residential Property Management




Current Real Estate Certificate
Confident communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
A proactive, solutions-focused and customer-driven approach
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
A positive, can-do attitude and team-first mindset
