The Victorian Local Governance Association (VLGA) is seeking a cooperative Head of Local Government Programs and Policy. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the design and delivery of professional development, governance advice, policy development and member networks for councils across Victoria.
You will develop Councillor Professional Development, coordinate external facilitators, and ensure programs remain commercially sustainable while meeting emerging sector needs.
