The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a Workforce Development Supervisor to lead learning and development for Corrections Victoria's metropolitan region. The role focuses on qualified service delivery, capability development, and alignment with AQTF and RTO standards.
The position requires weekend/public holiday availability with pay per VPS provisions. Direct prisoner contact is possible, and onboarding of new staff to Corrections Victoria platforms is included.
