What does the job look like?
This role is scheduled to commence 8 February ****.
Supporting a leading home delivery operation, this quick-paced environment combines innovative technology with a customer-first mindset to make everyday deliveries simple, reliable and convenient. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of the business, delivering orders directly to customers while providing a friendly and professional experience at every doorstep.
Based in Braybrook, you'll load your own vehicle, follow optimised delivery routes and ensure orders arrive safely and on time. Enjoy the independence of being on the road, flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle and the support of a collaborative team committed to your success. No heavy vehicle licence is required for these positions. Our delivery vehicles can be operated with a standard unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence. Key areas:
Safely deliver customer orders across Melbourne metro and Suburban areas
Follow delivery schedules and meet time commitments
Conduct vehicle safety checks and keep your van clean and presentable
Work with technology and navigation systems to complete deliveries efficiently
Represent the Linfox and customer brand with professionalism and care

A current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence required. No provisional licences
A strong safety focus and confident driving skills in metropolitan areas
The ability to work independently while meeting schedules and delivery targets
A positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail
Physical capability to lift and carry deliveries
Flexibility to work varying days across the week
A willingness to complete a Police Check, Driving History Check, and pre-employment medical
An RSA certificate (preferred) or willingness to obtain one
