About the Role:
Excellent opportunity for a Personal Care Worker to join our team at Carrum Downs Aged Care on a maximum term contract from 2 November to 31 December ****.
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individual who are looking for consistent, structured part time work within a supportive aged care environment over the coming months.
This role is ideal for someone who values routine and stability and is happy to commit to a set fortnightly roster.



We are looking for someone able to commit to a mixture of AM & PM weekday shifts, 2–3 shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high quality personal care
Support resident wellbeing within a team environment
Follow RN In Charge directives
Maintain confidentiality and professional standards
Work independently within scope of practice
Qualifications and Experience:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Required)
Strong communication and analytical skills
Knowledge of relevant legislation
Ability to work independently
Positive, self motivated attitude
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year aged care experience (Required)
Be available to work Mondays (Required)
Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards (Required)
Current Police Check (Required)
Australian working rights (Required)
