About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Principal Architect – Microsoft Cloud & AI
with a strong Microsoft background to lead enterprise-scale
Cloud, Data, AI, and digital transformation engagements
.
This role requires a strong combination of
technology expertise, delivery leadership, customer engagement, solution shaping, and business growth
within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-scale
Microsoft Azure, Cloud, Data & AI, GenAI, and Copilot
engagements from solution discovery through delivery.
Partner with sales and account teams on
solution shaping, pre-sales, proposals,



estimations, and customer presentations
.
Engage with
C-level and senior stakeholders
to understand business priorities and define transformation roadmaps.
Drive
account growth and business expansion
by identifying opportunities across customer engagements.
Own delivery governance across
scope, quality, timelines, financials, resources, risks, and customer satisfaction
.
Provide leadership across
architecture, solutioning, implementation, deployment, and operational readiness
.
Lead and mentor architects, engineering leads, program managers, and delivery teams.
Provide strategic direction across
Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, GenAI, Copilot, Data & Analytics, Security, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, and Application Modernization
.
Drive reusable solutions, accelerators, architecture patterns, and delivery frameworks.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of overall IT experience
with strong experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, or delivery leadership.
Strong prior Microsoft experience or extensive Microsoft ecosystem expertise.
Proven experience leading
large enterprise customers and complex transformation programs
.
Strong expertise in
Azure Cloud, Data & AI, GenAI, Copilot, Security, and Application Modernization
.
Experience in
pre-sales, solution shaping, proposals, estimations, and strategic customer engagements
.
Strong experience managing
delivery financials, resource planning, governance, risks,



and quality
.
Proven ability to engage with
C-level and senior customer stakeholders
.
Experience contributing to
account growth and business expansion
.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience
working at Microsoft or in a senior Microsoft-focused architecture, consulting, or delivery leadership role
.
Microsoft
Azure and/or AI certifications
.
Experience leading enterprise programs across
Azure AI, Copilot, GenAI, Data, Security, and Cloud Modernization
.
Experience managing geographically distributed engineering and delivery teams.
The pay range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
