Tamworth Aboriginal Medical Service – Tamworth NSW
Tamworth Aboriginal Medical Service-Aboriginal Corporation (TAMS-AC), Tamworth site, is seeking a passionate and community-focused Aged Care Connector to support local Elders, older Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander people and their families across Tamworth, Manilla, Barraba and Nundle.
In this role, you'll help people understand their aged care entitlements, connect them with the right services, and support them to navigate the aged care system with confidence. Working alongside our Aged Care Support Coordinator, you'll also help identify local service needs and advocate for better outcomes for community.
About You
Someone who is passionate about supporting Elders and older people;
A excellent communicator who builds strong relationships;
Organised, compassionate and community-minded; and




Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
There are no essential qualifications. People with Aged Care experience and/or a passion for Aged Care are strongly encouraged to apply.
This is a Full-time position based at Tamworth Aboriginal Medical Service-Aboriginal Corporation, Tamworth Office.
