Parramatta | Circa $40ph+s | Immediate Start | 7–8 Week Temporary Assignment
Are you an experienced Talent Coordinator or HR Administrator who enjoys a busy, hands-on role? We're partnering with a supportive HR team in Parramatta looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide valuable support across recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration.
The Role
This is a varied, fast-paced temporary assignment where you'll play an important role in keeping day-to-day HR and talent processes running smoothly.
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities for a diverse workforce
Conducting reference checks
Verifying working rights, visas, WWCC and qualifications
Preparing employee letters, processing terminations and assisting with HR reporting
Maintaining accurate employee records and responding to HR queries
Supporting general talent acquisition and recruitment administration
The Candidate
We're looking for someone who brings:
Solid experience in a Talent Coordinator,



HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Confidence communicating with candidates, employees and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in MS 365, with ELMO experience highly regarded
A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
