Centec Security Group
Feeling stuck working yesterday's technology in a role that doesn't value what you bring?
If you're a high-performing Technician who knows you're capable of more—but you're held back by rigid structures, outdated tech, limited support, or a lack of real career progression—this might be the role you've been waiting for.

Support is minimal, and you're expected to "just figure it out"
And you'd much rather:
Join a growing, reliable business with a genuine long-term career path
Be supported with training, mentoring, and development
Work alongside a collaborative, down-to-earth team
Enjoy team culture—social events, footy tipping, and a bit of healthy competition
Work on, enterprise solutions for respected sectors such as government, military, education, sport, and transport
Have flexibility that gives you more time with your family
Work for a company that genuinely values mental health, physical wellbeing, and balance

About you

You bring:
Minimum 5 years' experience in systems including Integriti, Avigilon and Genetec
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding clients' expectations
Substantial experience fault finding on enterprise-level systems
A solutions-focused mindset with high professional standards

A genuine desire to make a positive impact for both clients and the business
Most importantly, you're someone who shows up consistently, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team—not just hold a title.
Ready for a role where your experience is valued, and your future is supported?
