Absolute Diesel Services – Maryborough QLD
You'll play an important role in keeping our customers happy and our workshop running smoothly as a Service Advisor at Absolute Diesel Services, a growing dynamic business specialising in heavy diesel repairs, servicing and maintenance. You'll work alongside other experienced Service Advisors in a fast-paced, supportive environment where teamwork, communication and getting the job done right really matter.
Key responsibilities
Be the friendly, professional point of contact for our customers
Work closely with fellow Service Advisors to manage bookings, schedules and workshop priorities
Prepare and manage repair orders, job cards, quotations and invoicing
Keep customers informed and updated throughout the repair process
Liaise with technicians, parts staff and management to keep jobs moving
Assist with manufacturer warranty claims and documentation
Maintain accurate records and ensure jobs are followed through from start to finish
Help deliver an efficient, professional and positive customer experience
About you
Experience in a Service Advisor or similar workshop administration role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail




The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus
A genuine team-first attitude and willingness to support your colleagues
Confidence using computers and workshop management systems
Mechanical or automotive industry knowledge – highly regarded
Manufacturer warranty experience – preferred but not essential
