About the Role
Nature's Care operates a large-scale manufacturing facility in NSW, alongside olive farms, vineyards and vegetable farms across the state. Our integrated operations support the production of supplements, high-quality olive oil and fresh agricultural products for our manufacturing, food service and hospitality businesses.
We are seeking a reliable, practical and hardworking
Groundworker / Farm Hand
to join our team at our Hunter Valley property.
Reporting to the Farm Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, property presentation and farm infrastructure, while also assisting with vineyard operations during seasonal periods.
This is a hands-on outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in maintaining a well-presented property and can work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the presentation of the property, gardens and surrounding grounds.
Carry out mowing, whipper snipping, hedge trimming,



pruning and other general grounds maintenance.
Maintain sheds, workshops, fences and farm infrastructure.
Perform basic repairs and general property upkeep.
Assist with vineyard maintenance and seasonal farm activities as required.
Operate tools, machinery and equipment safely and in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements.
Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 25 kg, where required.
About You
Previous experience in farm work, grounds maintenance, gardening or rural property maintenance.
A current forklift licence (highly desirable).
A current driver's licence and reliable transport to and from the property.
The physical capability to undertake outdoor work and manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 25 kg, with appropriate safe work practices.
A strong work ethic, a practical approach and the ability to work independently.
Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, protected and well-presented property.
A reliable and flexible approach to supporting seasonal vineyard and farm operations.
