LAC Estate is seeking a motivated, dependable General Farm Hand to support our property's day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role offering variety, outdoor work, and the chance to be part of a passionate agricultural team.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
Grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming and general property upkeep.
Assisting with seasonal olive grove and vineyard activities.
Maintaining and caring for farm tools, machinery and equipment.
Cleaning, organizing and supporting operations within our olive oil production facility and equipment storage areas.
Contributing to the overall presentation, safety and efficiency of the estate.

Is willing to learn new skills and follow safe work practices.
