We're seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a major transformation program focused on customer and technology initiatives within a large enterprise workplace.
In this role, you'll lead end-to-end change activities across digital and operational projects, partnering with stakeholders to drive successful adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver change strategies, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement plans
Conduct impact assessments and manage change risks
Build strong relationships across business and technology teams
Support large-scale digital transformation initiatives
Skills and experience
5+ years' Change Management experience
Strong background in digital transformation and technology implementations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Prosci, APMG, or similar certification preferred
Experience working in Agile environments
Previous experience working within utilities sector highly regarded
