Manage a portfolio alongside a Junior Property Manager
New business commissions available
Established systems and a team-focused working environment
The Role
Manage a residential portfolio alongside a Junior Property Manager
Oversee rental arrears, lease renewals and tenant notices
Issue breach notices and manage tenancy matters as required
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Communicate proactively and attend onsite meetings when needed
Deliver exceptional customer service while keeping your portfolio organised and compliant
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' residential Property Management experience
Confidence managing a portfolio of 150+ properties
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
Current driver's licence and access to a car
Experience with PropertyTree, Inspection Express and digital property management systems
A proactive communicator who is organised, tech-savvy and calm under pressure
Someone who takes ownership, works well within a team and genuinely enjoys property management
