Quantum Support Services seeks an Intake & Triage Worker for the Renters Rights program in Victoria. You will be the first point of contact for clients, conduct initial screening, assess eligibility and risks, and triage to determine the level of support required.
The role requires embedding knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and experience representing renters in VCAT. You will manage intake waitlists and provide practical information and referrals.
