Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Must have experience in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.

Must have a positive attitude and passion for the industry.

Ability to guide and train junior staff.

Knowledge of Excel and online ordering platforms.

Experience in stocktaking and recipe development is a bonus.

Able to work over a 7-day roster.
