Mitani Products is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the shift on our SA production floor, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations. You will supervise Production Operators, manage quality checks and act as a first point of escalation in the absence of the Production Manager.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a leading hand or supervisor role in food manufacturing, solid people leadership, and a hands-on approach. Experience with WHS, GMP and food safety is essential.
