Your New Role
MM Electrical Merchandising
is seeking a sales-driven Profit Centre Manager (PCM) to lead its established team in Bunbury, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to take ownership of a successful branch, driving sales performance, developing solid customer relationships, and fostering a positive team culture. Suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front, you will play a key role in the branch's continued growth and success.
As the PCM, you will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the branch, ensuring high levels of customer service while leading and developing a high-performing team.
You Will
Lead and develop a team, creating a positive, engaged, and high-performing culture
Drive sales growth through business development and profitability through strong customer relationships
Build trusted partnerships with key customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring and coaching to a developing team
Oversee branch operations while maintaining a strong customer-facing presence
Manage performance, targets and results with a practical,



people-focused approach
What you'll need to succeed:
Proven management and leadership experience in a trade or wholesale environment
Strong industry and product knowledge within electrical wholesale
A genuine people-first mindset - you lead through relationships, not paperwork
Confidence dealing with customers, suppliers and team members alike
Sales experience and strong commercial acumen
A hands-on, approachable leadership style that inspires trust and performance
A current driver's licence and full Australian working rights.
