Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is seeking a compassionate Companion Care Worker to provide in-home support, light cleaning, meal prep, transportation, and companionship to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence.
You will follow care plans, document services, coordinate with the Care Manager, and ensure safety and privacy. A valid driver's license and police clearance are preferred; high school completion is desirable.
