Sales Account Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised organisation, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth within the automotive industry.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
Conduct regular account reviews and business development meetings
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Present growth strategies and action plans to senior leadership
Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short, medium and long term in accordance with targets
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements
Work closely with operations, product, and customer service teams to deliver solutions
Skills and Experience
Automotive aftermarket industry experience minimum 5 years
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
Sharp negotiation and networking skills
Robust analytical skills to interpret market data and derive actionable insights
Educational background in business or marketing
High-level communication skills verbal and written
Proven negotiating and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and goal oriented with a proactive approach to tasks
Comfortable in a dynamic work environment
Pre-employment Requirements
You'll need to successfully:
Pass a musculoskeletal assessment - assess your strength, mobility, injury risk
Complete drug and alcohol testing
Pass National Police Clearance check
Provide minimum two (2) contactable work-related referees
