We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our day-to-day housekeeping operations. Working closely with resort management, you will ensure our rooms, cabins, and communal facilities maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
Key responsibilities
Direct, train, and support housekeeping staff on daily tasks and shift rosters
Perform routine room and facility inspections to ensure accommodation meets resort quality standards prior to guest check-in
Coordinate linen inventory, cleaning requirements, chemical supply & stock management, and housekeeping turnover schedules
Document and report operational delays, cabin maintenance needs, or third-party cleaning service issues to resort management




Address guest feedback or cleaning requests promptly and professionally
Assist with housekeeping duties as required
About you
Previous experience in hotel, resort, or commercial accommodation housekeeping or supervisory roles
Solid attention to detail and standard-setting for presentation, hygiene and cleanliness
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Friendly with excellent communication skills and ability to lead a diverse team
Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as rostered
