We're partnering with a growing Australian medical aesthetics company to appoint an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania.
This is a newly created role with responsibility for new business development, territory growth and key account management across an expanding portfolio of aesthetic devices and regenerative technologies.
You will be commercially driven, proactive and confident in developing new business within medical aesthetics, with the ambition and potential to progress into future leadership or training pathways.
About the Company
Avaderm Pty Ltd is an Australian medical aesthetics company supplying advanced aesthetic devices and regenerative technologies to clinics and healthcare professionals across Australia and Recent Zealand.
The portfolio includes T-Lab®, an established PRP/PRF platform used within regenerative aesthetics, alongside the upcoming launch of UltraVisionTM, an aesthetic technology combining RF microneedling with AI-powered ultrasound imaging.
With an expanding device pipeline, a strong focus on practitioner education and continued growth across the ANZ market, this is an chance to join the business at an important stage of its commercial development.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Director ANZ, you will take ownership of the VIC, SA, WA and TAS territory,



managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and product demonstrations through to negotiation, account growth and ongoing customer development.
This role is combining office-based from Avaderm's Moorabbin head office with field-based activity across the territory, including clinic visits, product demonstrations, key account meetings, industry events and interstate travel as required.
Your responsibilities will include:
Drive recent business development across VIC, SA, WA and TAS
Manage and grow existing clinic and practitioner accounts
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Conduct product demonstrations and commercial presentations
Support the launch and growth of new aesthetic technologies
Develop relationships with clinic owners, doctors, nurses and aesthetic practitioners
Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting and pipeline management
Work closely with marketing and clinical education
Attend industry events, conferences and key account meetings
Travel interstate across the territories as required
About You
Experience within medical aesthetics, aesthetic devices, medical devices, injectables.
Demonstrated territory and account management capability
Confidence presenting to clinical and commercial audiences
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Experience managing CRM, pipeline and forecasting activity
A proactive and adaptable approach
Willingness to travel interstate as required (60% in-field travel)
Reliable car and valid driver's licence
Experience selling aesthetic capital equipment or regenerative aesthetic technologies will be highly regarded.
