Kinetic IT is seeking a Service Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for users requiring IT support. You'll troubleshoot a range of hardware, software and application issues while delivering a positive customer experience in a team-oriented team.
Based in Melbourne and operating on a standard Monday to Friday roster with a 4-on 4-off rotation during peak periods, you will contribute to maintaining high service levels across our customer environments.
