This is a
field-based role
where you'll coach, mentor, and motivate a team of
Customer Service/Sales Consultants
working across a range of
car service departments
within your allocated region.
Part-Time Team Leader (Customer Service/Sales).
Northshore/North Sydney Area | Various Car Service Departments Across Your Area
8:00am – 1:00pm, Monday to Friday
$*****/hr + Commission
Fully Maintained Car | Laptop | Phone Provided
Key Responsibilities:
Daily field visits to support and guide staff in multiple service department locations (within 1hour drive max)
Coach and develop a high-performing team of customer service and sales professionals
Drive sales outcomes and ensure a positive customer experience
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Monitor team performance, provide feedback,



and contribute to ongoing process improvement
Assist with Incentives/Rewards
Filling in for Sales Staff during Vacancies, Leave and Sick Leave
What You'll Bring:
Leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in a customer-facing or automotive setting (not required by desirable)
A confident, hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
Well presented & Professional at all time.
Sales and customer service mindset
A current driver's licence and ability to work independently across locations
