Bendigo Bank is seeking a Branch Operations Manager for the Rosebud Community Bank in VIC. You will lead the branch, drive operational efficiency, manage risk and support customer experiences aligned with our Community Banking philosophy.
In this permanent, full time role you will coach teams, guide daily operations, monitor KPIs and contribute to strategic plans while engaging with the local community and customers.
