$130,000-$180,000 a year
. It's made up of base salary, super and commission, plus a company vehicle at Sales Estimator level. We'll take you through the breakdown at interview.

About MAKEIT Roofing
MAKEIT Roofing is a young company backed by a team with over 30 years of combined industry experience. We do roofing, cladding and roof plumbing across commercial, residential, industrial and rectification work. Our own plumbing and electrical divisions step in when a job needs more than one trade.
We're not your standard roofing crew. Our work includes insulated panel systems, architectural cladding, heritage restoration, and performance solutions designed by our in-house engineers. We're the recommended installer for Stratco's Architectural Solutions Division in Victoria. We own our gear, including EWPs, commercial roof skates and guardrail, so crews never wait on hire.
Our office and warehouse are at Warehouse 4, ***** Buchanan Road, Brooklyn VIC ****. Most of our work is within 50 km of the CBD. We cover all of Victoria and cross into NSW and SA when a project calls for it.
The Role
We're building our sales team and hiring at two levels:
Estimators price and issue quotes, follow them up, and keep the pipeline moving.
Sales Estimators do all of that. They also meet clients on site, win their own work, and review and coach the estimators' quotes.
We'll place you at the level that fits your experience.
You won't be pricing the same re-roof forty times a week. One quote might be a heritage copper roof. The next might be panel replacement on an aged care building,



and the one after that a commercial rectification with a performance solution behind it. When a detail gets tricky, our engineers are in the same building.
What You'll Do
Do take-offs and measure-ups from plans, drone surveys and site photos
Build and price quotes in simPRO
Follow up quotes and keep the pipeline current
Scope variations with our Project Managers and hand won jobs over cleanly
Sales Estimators also meet clients on site, win their own work, and review the estimators' quotes
What You Need
Estimating experience in roofing, cladding, roof plumbing or construction
The ability to read plans and specs and produce accurate take-offs
Good with numbers and comfortable talking to builders, owners and architects
A current driver's licence
Full working rights in Australia
Good to Have (Not Essential)
A trade background
simPRO or similar job management or estimating software
Commercial quoting experience
A White Card, or willingness to get one before you start
