About the Role
As a
Part-Time Personal Care Assistant
, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.
Working alongside Registered Nurses and the broader care team, you'll help residents maintain their dignity, independence, comfort, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
Support residents with mobility and safe manual handling practices
Assist with meals, hydration, and daily living activities




Build positive and meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Observe and report changes in residents' health and wellbeingWork collaboratively with nurses and multidisciplinary team members
Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
Encourage resident participation in activities and social engagement
Promote independence, choice, and quality of life

About You
We're looking for someone who is caring, reliable, and passionate about supporting older people.
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care, or equivalent qualification
Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or a similar care role (desirable)
A genuine passion for providing exceptional care to older people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive and team-oriented approach
Availability to work a variety of shifts across weekdays and weekends
Understanding of person-centred care practices
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
