We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic
Guest Service Agent / Hotel All-Rounder
to join our team.
Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Front desk duties, including greeting and assisting guests
Checking guests in and out
Setting up and maintaining breakfast service
Inspecting rooms to ensure quality standards are met
Assisting housekeeping as required
Overnight Stay in shifts when required.
The ideal candidate will have:
A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
A reliable and flexible approach to work
Availability to work morning shifts, afternoon shifts, evening shifts, weekend shifts, and public holidays
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
