We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Dozer Operators to operate Cat D10T and D11T dozers across our production dozer operations at the Blair Athol Coal Mine. These roles are critical in supporting large‐scale strip mining activities and complementing our primary stripping equipment.

This position offers the flexibility to live locally or DIDO on a 7 days on / 7 days off rotating day and night shift roster. Blair Athol Coal Mine is located just 20 minutes from the family‐friendly township of Clermont in Central Queensland, within easy driving distance of Emerald and nearby coastal communities.
Key Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will include:
Achieving production targets related to production dozer operations




Safe and efficient operation of D10 and D11 dozers in line with mine plans
Maintaining consistency with work plans and identifying hazards and control measures within your work area
Demonstrating a robust and positive work ethic
Working effectively as part of a team
Maintaining an uncompromising commitment to safety and the environment
Applying sound judgement, decision‐making, and problem‐solving skills
Remaining flexible and adaptable in a dynamic operational environment

What You'll Bring to the Role
To be part of our ongoing success, the ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Previous production dozer experience operating D10 and D11 dozers (or similar) with GPS production systems
Experience operating in a mining environment
A positive, can‐do attitude with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement
Ability to interpret mine and dozer work plans
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A team‐focused mindset that supports a safe, productive, and disciplined workplace culture
