A Service Advisor position at Cricks Nambour dealership, part of the Autopact Group. You will deliver an exceptional customer service experience in a high-performing service department that manages high customer retention and above-national-average customer survey scores.
Key responsibilities
Greeting and serving customers for the service department
Advising customers on vehicle updates regarding repairs or servicing
Following manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently
Coordinating daily service appointments
Meeting individual and team targets
Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Preparing for next-day appointments
Booking customer vehicle services via email, phone, or face-to-face
Preparing Repair Orders and Job Sheets for workshop execution
About you
Proven customer service background
Consistently creating a memorable customer experience
Explaining the value of vehicle services and repairs
Working cooperatively in a team environment
Genuine care for external and internal customers
Exceptional organizational skills with strong time management
Ability to logically solve problems




Strong attention to detail and communication skills
High level of personal presentation
Current driver's license is mandatory
Fully maintained company vehicle
Monday to Friday with an RDO Roster
