The Telegraph Hotel is looking for a reliable and hardworking
Casual Kitchen Hand
to join our team in Geelong West.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in keeping a kitchen clean and organised, and is comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Washing dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment
Keeping kitchen areas, benches and floors clean and tidy
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
Putting away deliveries and maintaining organised storage areas
Helping the kitchen team during busy service periods
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
We're looking for someone who:
Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn
Can work efficiently as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and a solid work ethic
Is available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Has previous kitchen experience, although this is not essential
