Direct Collective operates a chain of Serviced Apartment complexes located throughout Queensland, with a focus on the Sunshine Coast.
We are currently expanding our team. If you are reliable and customer focused with a Retail or Hospitality/ Accommodation background or experience -
The position requires someone who is solution focused, flexible in their availability and is a team player. The role will be located at our Lowanna Beach Resort complex in Buddina/Kawana on the Sunshine Coast. Expected hours are minimum of 20hrs per week.
We are looking for someone who is adaptable to work both weekday and every second weekend shifts.
This role will involve assisting our front office team achieve daily goals and targets including,
Working autonomously/with limited supervision to achieve set outcomes in accommodation operations - managing check-ins, check outs and delivering the best possible guest experience.
Execute the issuing and settling of guest's accounts.
Confirm bookings with guests in advance and liaise with the Reservations Team where required.




Take reservation enquiries and bookings.
Occasional after-hours phone coverage (compensation provided, as required).
Ensure that guest requests are completed accurately and efficiently, focusing on guest needs as a priority.
Ensure that all standards are maintained, profitability is maximized, customer needs are met and adhere to all Direct Collectives policies and procedures.
Work to help develop, protect and promote the company culture and morale.
Report to management regarding daily operations.
Conduct room inspections and audits.
All other duties as outlined by management.
To be successful in role, you will have work rights in Australia, be available to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends and Public Holidays.
You must possess strong communication skills and be confident in problem solving communications at all levels. Suitable applicants will be contacted for an interview.
