What We Are Looking For
Queensland Electrical Licence (mandatory). Experience in air conditioning or refrigeration (preferred but not essential — we will train the right person). Reliable, punctual and skilled. Clean presentation and robust work ethic. Current driver's licence. Positive attitude with a willingness to grow, learn and follow established processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Someone who takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical and air conditioning installations, diagnostics and repairs.
Perform preventative maintenance services on commercial and residential systems.
Complete all job documentation and photos using a simple mobile app.
Represent the ATLANTIS TRADE SPECIALISTS brand with professionalism at every client interaction.
Maintain a clean, organised and presentable company vehicle at all times.
