Our Hume team is looking for an experienced
Asphalt Foreman
to join the crew. This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who knows asphalt, can lead from the front and enjoys working alongside their crew to get the job done safely and efficiently.
What you'll bring
Strong experience working within an
asphalt crew
Previous experience as a
Foreman, Leading Hand or senior crew member
highly regarded
Ability to lead, support and coordinate a crew on site
Sound knowledge of asphalt paving and associated plant and equipment




Ability to plan daily works and keep the crew moving efficiently
Strong commitment to safety and Zero Harm
Valuable communication and problem‐solving skills
Valid White Card - essential
HR Licence preferred
Flexibility to work day and night shifts
Certificate II or III in Civil Construction advantageous
Most importantly, a
hands‐on leadership style and willingness to work alongside the crew
