The Opportunity
The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions with investors, advisers, and other skilled stakeholders. This is a varied role that combines managing inbound calls with a range of administrative responsibilities. The role also provides support to internal teams, including the Sales Desk and Business Development Managers, to ensure the efficient delivery of services and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound and outbound calls dealing with investors, advisers and other professionals
Opening of new Investor, Dealer Group and Financial Planner accounts
Maintenance of existing accounts
Preparation of daily banking/cheque processing
Processing of deceased estate accounts, redemption payments and client transfers
Responding to enquiries from the investor services mailbox
Weekly and monthly reporting
Generation of Supplementary Product Disclosure Statements (SPDSs)
KYC/AML/CTR and Suspicious Matters reporting
About You
A minimum of two years' experience in an administration role or similar within Financial Services




Tertiary qualification in economics, commerce or business will be highly regarded
Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
Excellent administration skills along with a high attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment to meet group deadlines
