Clinical Care Coordinator
to join a well-established aged care provider on the Mid-North Coast, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Registered Nurse looking to progress into a leadership role while continuing to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians.
About the Role As the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will work closely with the Facility Manager to lead the clinical team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor nursing staff, and support compliance with accreditation standards while promoting best practice across the home.

About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous experience as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Lead within aged care
Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for delivering high-quality, resident-focused care
Understanding of aged care standards and clinical governance
