We are on the hunt for a motivated and passionate Butcher and/or Meat Packer to join our team in a rapid-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
Meat preparation - cut, trim, debone into primary and secondary cuts
Product processing - sausages, marinades, delights and pastry goods
Customer service - cash register, customer enquiries, wholesale deliveries, cooking methods and suggestions
Safety and hygiene - cleaning, sanitizing, keeping work areas clear
Inventory management - product rotation, monitoring stock levels, backroom organization
