Blackwoods, part of Wesfarmers, is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing retail team. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure a protected, organized store that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
This role operates on a rotating roster including weekends. You will oversee stock, merchandising, and on-the-floor leadership while stepping in as Store Manager when required.
