About the Role
Supporting our Unanderra PDI facility, we are seeking experienced Pre-Delivery Technicians/Accessory Fitters to join our team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Assemble and prepare new Toyota forklifts and material handling equipment for delivery.
Conduct comprehensive pre-delivery inspections and quality checks
Install accessories and customer-specific options
Complete mechanical, electrical and safety inspections
Test operate equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications
Complete PDI documentation and workshop records
Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and workplace safety
Work collaboratively with service, sales and operations teams to meet delivery deadlines
Qualifications, Requirements & Skills:
Relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, Diesel Mechanic). Would consider mechanically motivated person.
Ability to read and interpret service manuals and assembly instructions
Previous experience within the forklift industry or similar in an associated industry (desired.)
Can Demonstrate:
Strong work ethic and self-motivated.




Knowledge and experience as a Pre-Delivery Technician/Accessory Fitter
Good time management skills with the ability to work independently.
Previous experience in a similar role in an associated industry.
