Labourforce is seeking experienced Voice Pickers to join our team at Metcash in Canning Vale.
What's on Offer
$***** per hour
casual rate, including loading
Early morning allowance
for starts before 6am
4–5 day rosters
, depending on shed and shift availability
Shift starts including
6am, 8:30am and 1pm
Ongoing work with potential to transition to
Metcash after ~12 weeks
Opportunities to
upskill
and move into part-time/full-time roles
About the role
You'll pick customer orders using a voice-directed system within one of Metcash's warehouse areas: Dry, ALM, CSD or Cold. Team members are generally assigned to one area but may assist elsewhere when required.
Key responsibilities
Voice picking customer orders
Operating an EPJ/MHE
Repetitive manual handling up to 30kg
Meeting pick rate KPIs and accuracy requirements
Maintaining a safe, clean workplace
About you
Recent warehouse/pick packing experience
Voice picking and EPJ experience preferred
Ability to meet picking KPIs
Robust attention to detail and reliability
Ability to lift up to 30kg repeatedly
Team player with flexibility to assist other areas
Successful applicants must pass a medical and drug & alcohol test, with random testing conducted onsite
