As a Customer Service Engineer, you will provide expert technical support, maintenance and installation of advanced medical imaging systems across hospitals and clinics.
We have a range of products across our Medical Imaging systems including but not limited to CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-Ray and Nuclear medicine.




This role will be based out of Mackay with travel required.
A day in the life: * Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and installations of MRI medical imaging equipment * Diagnose and resolve complex electro-mechanical and software issues * Provide technical support to healthcare professionals including radiologists, radiographers and hospital staff * Complete service documentation and communicate updates with customers and internal teams * Participate in a 24/7 on-call roster to support critical healthcare environments * Adhering to all Environmental, Health
