Technology Change Manager
to join a major consulting environment and play a key role within a Program Delivery team. n

About the Role
n
n
n As the Technology Change Manager, you will plan, coordinate and control technology-related changes, helping ensure approved changes are implemented with
minimal risk and disruption to business operations
. n
n
n This role combines IT service management, change governance, stakeholder coordination and implementation oversight across infrastructure, cloud and application environments.n
n
n n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
n
n
Lead
change governance
activities.
n
Manage change planning and assessments.
n
Oversee the change request management process.
n
Coordinate stakeholders and vendors.
n
Support risk and compliance management.
n
Oversee technology change implementation.
n
Contribute to incident, problem and post-implementation reviews.
n
Provide change reporting and metrics.
Required Skills & Experience
n
n
n
n We're looking for candidates with strong experience across:n

n
n
IT Service Management (ITSM)
n
Change and Release Management
n




Risk Management
n
Experience working within the Banking sector
n
Stakeholder Management
n
CAB facilitation
n
Infrastructure, cloud and application delivery
n
Strong communication and governance
n
Jira and ServiceNow
n
n
n
ITIL Foundation
is preferred. n
n
Desirable Experience
n
n
n n
n
n Any of the following would be advantageous:n
n
n n
n
n
n
PMP or PRINCE2 certification
n
IBM Z Mainframe experience
n
Experience with IBM Z software products
n
Application development experience on IBM Z, including COBOL or PL/1
n
Microsoft Office Word or PowerPoint certification
n
n
n
