2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer service, or a related administrative role (experience in a B2B manufacturing or IT a plus).
Proficient in Office and CRM software (Oracle Cloud and Google Workspace would be an advantage) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a solid, professional phone presence.
Proven ability to input data quickly and accurately; high attention to detail is non-negotiable.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
