Job Description Your responsibilities will include: Managing reception duties, including greeting patients, answering calls, booking appointments and coordinating patient flow.
Delivering a welcoming and positive patient experience.
Dedicating one day per week to Practice Manager responsibilities, overseeing practice operations and administration.
Supporting the team with rostering, performance, training and general operational tasks.
Monitoring practice performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Supporting clinicians and Dental Assistants to ensure the practice runs efficiently.
Stepping in as a Dental Assistant when required to support clinical operations.
Ensuring clinical rooms are prepared, stocked and maintained to a high standard.
Supporting infection control, sterilisation and compliance procedures.
Building strong relationships with patients, clinicians and the wider support team.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll have: Previous management experience in healthcare, medical, dental or a similar service-based environment.
Experience in reception,



administration or customer service.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and people skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to support a busy team.
A genuine commitment to patient care and delivering excellent service.
The flexibility to move between reception, clinical support and management responsibilities.
