The Role The Head of Houses plays a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for students, driving the overall development and wellbeing of those assigned to their House.
This role requires a deep understanding of each student's intellectual, social, emotional, and physical needs, ensuring personalised support through strategic programming, leadership and collaboration with Community Life Mentors.




They are responsible for shaping and leading the House culture, aligning it with the values of the school, and empowering students to actively participate in House initiatives.
The Head of Houses also oversees the planning and evaluation of community programs, manages student records, and provides leadership in managing both student behaviour and wellbeing concerns.
Through mentoring, professional development, and collaboration with the wider school community, they ensure that all students are supported in reaching their academic and personal potential, while maintaining a protected and inclusive environment.
