Establish and maintain high expectations for student achievement and staff performance while actively engaging in lifelong learning and ongoing career development.
Build and sustain productive partnerships with parents, government agencies, community groups, industry and business to enhance student learning and school outcomes.
Apply strategic, future-focused leadership by understanding relevant legislation and policies, effectively managing resources, and aligning school operations with strategic priorities and goals.
