This is a role for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, whether that's supporting the team on the shop floor, helping with visual merchandising, or delivering a excellent customer experience.
You'll bring proven leadership experience, confidently leading and developing a team of 10+ people while driving a positive, high-performance culture.
You'll be passionate about delivering results, using KPIs to guide performance, drive sales, and create a great customer experience.
Strong visual merchandising skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive attitude are essential.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.
To thrive here, you should ideally have: Management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we'll deliver the Auto.
Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
